Biological Process Research & Development Engineers Qualified candidates include scientists and engineers who have a BS/MS and strong knowledge of biochemistry, microbiology, and/or cell biology. Success is contingent upon an ability to design and conduct experiments independently and a proven aptitude for bench lab research, gained through university internships/lab assistantships or within the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry.
