Shipping
Your order may ship the day you place it but will definitely ship the next business day. So, if you place an order on a Monday and request Next Day delivery, it will ship by Tuesday and arrive Wednesday, at the latest.
Shipping within the Continental United States
Most orders are processed through our warehouse within 24 hours of receipt. Choice of Standard, Priority, and Express Delivery are available for most items shipped within the continental United States. Post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses may only be shipped using standard delivery. Orders entered and verified by 3:30 PM EST, usually ship the same business day. Most orders entered Saturday or Sunday ship the next normal business day.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Return policy
We proudly stand behind the quality products that we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with a product from Metabolic Nutrition, just return it to us within 30 days. We will exchange the item or give you a refund - whichever you prefer.
Return details
If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly take back any item and refund you the product purchase price including sales tax. Simply return the item within 30 days. Multiple same item refunds will be awarded toward all units returned in original condition (seal intact) and a single sampled unit with broken seal.
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or an item is damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back that item and immediately ship you a new item. Any difference in purchase price will be credited to your account. If you are returning an incorrectly shipping item or damaged item, call our Customer Service department to receive a postage paid call tag at 800-626-1022. Damaged items and incorrectly shipped items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
To return an item to Metabolic Nutrition please fill our the return form included with the original package and enclose it with your return shipment. Ship returned items to:
