Why have one donut when you can have ten?! Yes, TEN Mini Powdered Donuts for under 400 calories. Try coating them with cinnamon sugar or topping them with your favorite frosting! Coffee and Donuts just got exciting again! Vanilla Cake Protizyme was used for this batch, but any of our six flavors would work great!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Cake Protizyme (35 g)
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (30 g)
  • 2 Tbsp almond flour (14 g)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (60 g)
  • 2 Tbsp egg substitute (30 g)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (45 mL)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Powdered sugar for coating

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients until smooth
  • Coat donut pan with nonstick spray
  • Cook til done (about 5-8 minutes)

*Don’t have a donut pan? Bake as muffins or try in a waffle maker!
