How do I join the Loyalty Rewards Program?
It’s FREE to join. Simply create an account on our website and you’re automatically enrolled. No fees. No gimmicks. Just rewards.
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. Reseller partners are ineligible to join the Loyalty Program but may still create a traditional Metabolic Nutrition account.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page. You can also view this directly in your account center.
Do my points expire?
If not redeemed, points will expire 12 months after the date they were earned.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will expire 2 months once they are activated in the account.
Where do my reward discount codes live?
These are easily accessible at checkout. If you've redeemed a voucher, you can save your special code for safe keeping or select the voucher from the dropdown menu when you get to checkout.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points by:
- Making purchases
- Leaving product reviews
- Following us on social media
- Celebrating your birthday
- Participating in special promotions
The more you engage, the more you earn.
How many points do I earn per dollar spent?
For every $1 spent, you earn Metabolic points. (Bonus multipliers may apply during special promotions.)
Can I use rewards with other promotions?
In most cases, rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise stated during special campaigns.
Can I start and stop my Metabolic Nutrition Subscribe & $ave with no penalty?
Is there a VIP or tier system?
Yes! The more you spend, the more you unlock. Possible tiers: Bronze Silver Gold
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at customerservice and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us at cs@metabolicnutrition.com and we'll re-enroll you. However, your points total will begin from zero.

How does the Refer a Friend program work?
When you refer a friend, they will receive a link to purchase with a special discount that will automatically apply to their first order, and you’ll receive a reward too!
How do I refer a friend?
Enter your name and email above, click "INVITE FRIENDS" to share your unique referral link with friends and family. They can use the link to make their first purchase, and their discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
How do I track the number of referrals I’ve made?
Enter your name and email above, click "INVITE FRIENDS." You'll then see a link "My Stats". From there, you can send yourself an email which will contain your stats.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer. You can refer as many friends as you like, and you'll get a reward for each successful referral!
How does my friend get the discount?
When your friend uses your unique referral link, the discount will automatically be applied to their first order at checkout.
Can I refer friends who are already customers?
No. The referral reward is only valid for new customers.
